PTD Kenya trains local groups, youth associations, and cooperatives on organizational development, leadership, governance, and compliance. The training covers essentials like constitution development, project management, monitoring & evaluation, and financial accountability — enabling institutions to operate professionally and attract partnerships or funding.

Recognizing the urgent challenge of youth unemployment and leadership gaps in Makueni, PTD runs mentorship initiatives that equip young people with civic, entrepreneurial, and management skills.
