PTD Kenya runs structured mentorship programs across schools and communities—such as the Mega Youth Mentorship Program in Kitise–Kithuki Ward—where professionals engage with students and out-of-school youth on topics including personal growth, career development, civic responsibility, and life skills.

In partnership with institutions like Mikauni Comprehensive School, PTD supports the formation of environmental and mentorship clubs that instill values of responsibility, teamwork, and innovation. These clubs also champion local initiatives such as water conservation and tree planting.

Through targeted forums and training sessions, PTD Kenya promotes girls’ education, menstrual health awareness, and economic empowerment for young women, enabling them to participate meaningfully in community leadership and entrepreneurship.

Recognizing the digital divide in rural areas of Makueni, PTD Kenya partners with technical institutions and ICT hubs to provide youth with practical digital, vocational, and business skills, enhancing employability and self-reliance.

Beyond the classroom, PTD Kenya facilitates community dialogue forums to raise awareness on governance, rights, and environmental sustainability—strengthening citizens’ ability to make informed decisions and actively contribute to development processes.
