- Possess 11 years of dedicated experience in accounting, financial management, project management and data analysis, monitoring and evaluation and reporting;
- An agile, strategic, and critical thinker, with the ability of accounting for mega projects, setting process, ensure quality of performance, and outcome goals.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, mentoring, and training skills
- Excellent Knowledge and experience in establishing and maintaining financial records, effective monitoring and evaluation systems for development projects; and especially related to influencing, movement building, public awareness and campaigning.
- Ability to show perseverance, tenacity, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- A strong focus on results – sets goals, plans and prioritizes effectively, monitors quality and progress of work against plans, establishes a high level of performance, demonstrates the ability to be self-driven;
