The Makueni Civil Society Network (MACSON) is an umbrella platform bringing together over 53 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) across Makueni County. United by a shared commitment to community-driven development, MACSON strengthens the voice and visibility of civil society actors while promoting collaboration, advocacy, and accountability.

As a convener, the network provides a space for CSOs to learn, share experiences, and coordinate efforts to address pressing issues such as governance, human rights, climate change, youth and women empowerment, livelihoods, and social justice. Through collective action, MACSON ensures that communities in Makueni are not only heard but also actively engaged in shaping inclusive and sustainable development.
